Time2ChuckIt LLC wants to inform customers of responsibilities and duties of rental agreement.
⚖️ Weight Limits & Surcharges
- Container Capacity: 13.2 Yard Dumpster will have a maximum of 1 ton (2000 LB) limit.
- Overage Rate: Anything over that 1 ton the customer will be billed for additional weight at the rate of $40 for every half a ton (1000 LB). This is a charge we incur by the dump.
- Even Loading: Weight must be distributed evenly throughout the container.
- Special Item Core Fees: If any Couch / Sofa, Chair, Mattress, Box Springs are to be put in the dumpster there will be an additional fee of $12 per item. Please indicate at the time of booking if you plan on including any of these for advance billing.
❌ Strictly Prohibited Items
Items below are Not to be put in dumpsters, including but not limited to:
- Paint/Aerosol Cans
- Gas / Propane / Ammo
- Oils / Flammables / Batteries / Hot Ashes / Coals
- Herbicides / Pesticides
- Liquids of any kinds
- Asbestos material
- Medical waste
- Animal carcasses of any kind
- Radioactive material / Contaminated Soils
- Extremely heavy items (Dirt, Rocks, Concrete, Asphalt)
- Appliances / Tires
🛑 Filling & Placement Rules
- Fill Line Restrictions: Dumpsters may not be filled past the top rail of dumpster by State Law.
- Container Mobility: Dumpsters may not be moved or pushed at anytime. Use of dumpster is for disposing of materials safely over the walls.
- Injury Prevention: We try our best to prevent any injury from people climbing in and out and falling hurting oneself or causing injury or even death.
- Ground Prerequisites: Drop off spots have to be on level ground. Any drop off spots off roads, driveways or gravel paths have to be confirmed by customer. Some drop spots may be denied by driver at anytime due to safety or trucks/trailers getting stuck.
- Unsafe Site Dry Run Fee: If we come out and area not safe for drop off, customer will be charged $50.00 for non service and time.
- Service Acceptance: Customer required to sign delivery of dumpster and start of service.
📋 Property, Permits & Legal Liabilities
Permits & Fees: Customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, approvals and fees needed for dumpster use.
Equipment Care: Any damage to dumpsters could occur a fee.
Debris Ownership Protection: Once the dumpster has been picked up and left the premises all items in the dumpster is the property of Time2ChuckIt LLC, the customer may not ask for items in the dumpster to be returned.
Surface Bearing Expectations: Customer warrants sufficient location that can bear weight of all equipment and vehicles. Customer agrees that Time2ChuckIt LLC will not be responsible for damage to any pavement, walkways, lawns, or concrete needed to perform services.
Street Tracking Maintenance: Customer assumes responsibility of cleaning or removing dirt and rocks tracked on streets or roadways of muddy drop spots.
Liability & Indemnification: Customer must fully assume liability for use of dumpster. Customer cannot hold Time2ChuckIt LLC responsible for harm to employees, liability for claims, damages, losses, and expenses including attorney fees resulting from use of dumpster. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by dumpsters in drop off spots that were specified beyond our normal drop areas.
Right to Terminate: At any point Time2ChuckIt LLC can terminate service if terms and conditions are not being honored.
